Well-being is an important theme in architectural spaces as well, as it aims for physical, mental, and social health and happiness. Well-being and beauty are closely related.
In an aesthetic space, people can feel in harmony with themselves and the world around them. This is because beautiful spaces give people joy and satisfaction. While there are no fixed standards for visual appeal and comfort, the idea of "retreat" offers a clue.
"Retreat" is a place that provides valuable opportunities to promote physical and mental health, restore balance, and live a richer life. This section describes our concept for creating such a place, environment, and space.

1. Utilizing and controlling natural light | Bright spaces provide an environment that has a positive effect on mental health. At the same time, we also consider appropriate dimness to create a space where residents can achieve deep relaxation.
2. Use of natural materials and the warmth of handcrafted materials | The building materials used are primarily natural and have the warmth of handcrafted materials. Materials such as solid wood boards, stone, and plaster walls are used effectively in the right places to create an impressive atmosphere and consideration for health.

3.居住空間と自然の融合｜居住空間と自然環境との融合は、心の安定とリフレッシュに貢献します。
屋根のある広々としたテラス・パティオ・庭園など、屋外空間を生活空間に統合することで、自然とのつながりを回復しストレスを軽減します。

4.生活者・使い手の個性・自分らしさが活きる空間づくり｜個性やライフスタイルを尊重し、自分らしさが活きる空間を提供します。
カスタマイズ可能なデザインや柔軟なプランは、使用者の好みやニーズを許容し満足度の高い生活に結ばれます。

5.静けさの空間価値｜騒音から保護された静かな環境はリラックスや集中を促進します。
音響上、適切な素材の使用で静粛性を向上します。

6.穏やかな温熱環境と日射制御｜高気密・高断熱は、室内に取り込んだ熱エネルギーを逃がさない特徴があるため徹底的に日射を制御しなければ、かえって暑い空間が生まれます。
今後、軒の深さは益々重要な環境要素となり、酷暑に耐える空間づくりの基本となります。
更に、自然換気の促進、湿度、空気の質など、環境要因を調整し快適な環境を維持。無風・無音・無臭の輻射冷暖房暖房システムや適切な断熱で居住性を向上します。
