The main theme of this project is to "connect" timeless history with the present, this century with the next, by approaching "environmental conservation and improvement" and "dynamic preservation of the historical environment" from an architectural perspective.
The Giza Pyramid Complex is set as a context for speaking out about the possibilities and limits of human endeavors, and the "Museum of Man" is envisioned as a device for transcending this century.

設計で整える4つの視点
1. 診療の流れを整える
患者さんの入れ替え、診察、処置、会計までの流れを整理し、医師が診療に集中しやすい環境をつくります。
2. スタッフの動きを整える
受付、診療補助、処置、案内、記録作業が連携しやすい配置とし、現場の負担を軽減します。
3. 患者さんの不安をやわらげる
中庭、自然光、視線の抜け、落ち着いた待合により、来院時の緊張感をやわらげます。
4. 経営の持続性を支える
診療効率、患者満足、スタッフ環境を一体で整えることで、長く選ばれる医院づくりを支えます。

01｜カルテの切り替え時間をなくし、診療の流れを止めない
電子カルテでは、前の患者さんのカルテを閉じ、次の患者さんのカルテを開くまでに待ち時間が生じます。
その数十秒のロスも、1日に多くの患者さんを診る診療所では、大きな時間の損失になります。
この診療空間では、二つの診察デスクにそれぞれモニターとキーボードを備え、一方で診療している間に、もう一方で次の患者さんのカルテを準備できる構成としました。
医師は椅子で左右に移動するだけで、診療の流れを止めずに次の患者さんへ移ることができます。
左右の中待扉から交互に入室する患者さんに呼応して、電子カルテが立ち上がっている。

03｜回復を支える、回遊型リハビリ空間
リハビリスペースは回遊性の高い動線で計画され、中庭を介してスタッフエリアとも緩やかにつながります。
自然光と風、緑の潤いを共有することで、患者さんの継続意欲とスタッフの働きやすさを支える環境を実現しています。
整形外科に限らず、リハビリ、予防医療、健康増進の機能をどう組み込むかは、これからのクリニック経営において重要なテーマです。
